What Is The No-Tolerance Law In New York State?

This law essentially applies to those under the age of 21
You license will be suspended for at least 6 months, or until you reach age 21, if you are caught Driving while Intoxicated
There are no exceptions to this rule, nor do you qualify to receive a temporary License
